Descripción del empleo

The tasks of this strategic position are the following:

  • Developing and managing your portfolio of Key Accounts in France.
  • Achieving sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • You conduct Key Accounts analysis.
  • You know how to prepare a country plan as part of your strategy.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
  • You collaborate closely with your colleagues in Spain, both operational (after-sales, production and logistics) and support (International Management, Marketing Department).
  • You contribute to the roll-out of sales and marketing related activities.
  • You draw up quotes (technical and tariff) and negotiate prices in compliance with the group’s pricing policy.
  • The position involves regular travelling.

Perfil candidato

  • We are looking for a person with the following skills and competencies:
    • Experience in the fields of management or engineering.
    • You possess an advanced level (both verbal and written) in English and/or Spanish.
    • You have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the industry of professional clothing.
    • You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
    • You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
    • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • You can analyze and draw inference from data .
    • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.

Procedimiento

The whole procedure will take 4 interview rounds in principle. If more needed, the candidate will be informed. Personality test may be part of the procedure.
