Jobbeschreibung

The general description of the positions we wish to fulfill can be described as follows:

  • With pride you act as an ambassador the Kask brand in the area.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team in collaboration with Management.
  • You identify opportunities both on distributors and endusers level.
  • Working together with your colleagues at Marketing to ensure the roll-out of activities.
  • Develop individual targets and assign territories for team members.
  • Engaging management of the existing local sales agents.
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
  • You analyze market developments including competition and report this back to the organization.

Kandidat Profil

We are always interested in the following profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet strategic goals.
  • Excellent (personal) leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • You embrace value selling
  • Speaking English is important.
