Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth across the UK.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities with a primary focus on the Food and Construction sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and product development) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Represent Dunlop at trade shows, events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track market trends, and report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

 

Candidate profile

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) products.
  • Capable of building up a strong network and customer relationship within the market segment and sales area.
  • Proven experience in contract management and commercial discussions is required. Willingness to travel (30-50%)
  • Preferably native UK and based in England, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Procedure

The total procedure will comprise around 3 interviews. A personality analysis may be part of the process.
