We are continuously seeking for qualified account- and sales managers. The manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience of its region of responsibility, with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re always interested in seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. In case of  managerial roles we look out for leaders with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

You don’t necessarily always have to have working experience in the PPE industry though. We welcome those with a different (thinking) background!

The general description of the positions we fulfil for our customers, can be described as follows:

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • You know how to write your sales plan.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

Profilo candidato

We are always interested in the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Around 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet strategic goals.
  • Excellent (personal) leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and digital tooling.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Speaking multiple languages is definitely a pré.
