Functieomschrijving

Are you driven by sales and eager to contribute to the company’s growth and open new channels? Then this might be the role for you!

  • Establish Primus and Silva as brands within the Professional channels.
  • Build and maintain the existing customer base and expand Silva’s presence where we are not yet represented.
  • Follow market developments and plan actions and events together with customers.
  • Conduct product training and ensure competence among dealer networks.
  • Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities organized by Primus-Silva.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the German sales team on sales strategies and travel plans.
  • You report into the Sales Manager Germany.

profiel kandidaat

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales within the Professional segment.
  • You have solid experience in PPE sales and negotiations with professional dealers in construction, engineering, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Proven track record of good results from previous positions.
  • Extensive Industry network.
  • Strong in the Microsoft Office environment
  • Fluent in German both spoken and written. Good level of English.
  • A good relationship builder who communicates easily with different types of people.
  • Experience in leading sales and marketing projects.
  • Focused on quality and passionate about working with a recognized brand.
  • Structured and enjoys handling multiple tasks at once while being able to complete them.
  • A team player with a competitive mindset.
  • Enjoy being on the move and is comfortable driving.
  • Ideally residing in Middle/Southern part and must be prepared for approximately 50 travel days per year.
