Functieomschrijving

Working closely with the Business Development Manager for KASK Safety, you will ensure consistent, and profitable growth in the territory. This growth will come from the planning, deployment, and execution of sales strategies that are both short and long-term in nature. Most importantly, all this work will be done alongside a global team that has a passion for performance.

 

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Sell and promote the products from KASK Safety
  • Identify opportunities on distributor and end-user levels.
  • Assist in developing business strategies for income growth and development
  • Provide and build a network of contacts
  • Promote long-term relationships
  • Analyze and report on market developments including competition, industry
    trends, and economic trends.
  • Represent KASK effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of product and
    company
  • Researching, targeting, and prospecting new customers and industries to
    generate new revenue.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate sales metrics and trends.
  • Execute annual region plans and account plans.
  • Ensure the business reputation and brand guidelines are well supported and
    aligned with the competitive position in the market.
  • Serve as the contact person for customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Effectively document interactions and pipeline

You will report into the Business Development Manager DACH.

profiel kandidaat

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in Safety/PPE or other Industrial/Construction supplies.
  • Experience with CRM Software
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet strategic goals.
  • Excellent (personal) leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time, and valid drivers license.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing environments.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Proficient with entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Resident in Italy
