Your role is to further grow the BASE Protection brand across Eastern and Northern Germany and strengthen its
market position.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and expand the BASE Protection premium brand within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers and end users.
  • Build and maintain long-term, partnership-based customer relationships through solid technical consulting.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with dealers to support them during the sales process.
  • Deliver practical product and application training for dealers and end users – on-site and online.
  • Analyse market needs and communicate relevant insights to the product development team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety footwear-related queries within your territory.

Candidate profile

To become the Area Sales Manager for Germany East we look for someone who possesses the following skills & qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in technical sales of safety footwear.
  • Confident, professional communication skills and strong ability to train and advise dealers and end users.
  • Proven success in developing and managing a sales territory.
  • Strong enthusiasm for ergonomic, comfortable safety footwear with innovative design and modern high tech materials and components.
  • Structured, independent working style and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Procedure

The procedure will consist of at least 2 interviews. A personality analysis may be part of the procedure.
