Functieomschrijving

The general description of the positions we wish to fulfil for our customers, can be described as follows:

  • Drawing up internal and external plans related to your Key Accounts;
  • Collecting business and competition information;
  • Research new market developments regarding Key Accounts or prospects in your industry segment;
  • Managing and expanding existing customers;
  • Networking, customer visits and (joined) enduser visits;
  • Integrate, implement and safeguard contractual agreements with your customer at corporate level;
  • Collaborating with various departments, including Customer Service, Category Managers, suppliers and Supply Chain;
  • You are a true and trustworthy ambassador of the Kask brand in the region;
  • Reporting to the Sales Director based in Italy;
  • Willingness to travel.

profiel kandidaat

We are always interested in the following profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of work (PPE) experience as a (Key) account manager;
  • You are an experienced sales professional and analytically well-versed;
  • You preferably have experience with customers in industry, petro (chemical), construction, food, or government sectors;
  • You understand the importance of consultative, solution selling;
  • Good command of the English language in word and writing;
  • A healthy dose of ambition and result orientation;
  • A strong personality that shows initiative.
  • You possess good communication skills and know how to adapt these to the stakeholders;
  • Having a good dose of humor we highly value!

Procedure

The whole procedure will comprise at least 3 interviews in total. A personality analysis may be part of the process.
