The Product Leader helps the company achieve growth in the local market and secures a sustainable competitive advantage through products that effectively meet industrial customers’ needs.

Synchronise central product strategy with local execution, empower sales channels, and focus on end-user value. Drive adoption, market fit, and sustainable growth while securing competitive advantage.

Role (Function)

Owns the local product portfolio and drives go‑to‑market execution in the country.
Acts as the bridge between global Product Management and local Sales including internal training.
Manages product lifecycle locally (launch, growth, optimization, phase‑out).

Mission

Maximize revenue, adoption, and end‑user value by aligning global product strategy with local industrial market needs.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Execution: Local launches, pricing & promotions, marketing activation.
Portfolio Ownership: Product mix optimization, lifecycle & EOL coordination.
Sales Enablement: Train sales & partners; field support with end‑users.
End‑User Value: Application expertise, feedback capture, solution positioning.
Close cooperation with Key End User managers in order to specify the products, promote our differences, and value our offer.
Market Intelligence: Competitive insights & VOC fed back to global teams.
Close cooperation with Chanel Managers and Area Sales Manager to optimize the portfolio presence and distribution.

Governance (Hybrid)

Solid line: Country leadership (commercial results & execution).
Dotted line: Global/Product Management (strategy, roadmap, standards).
