Because of our expansional growth in Germany, we are looking to expand our sales team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented person who has passion for the technical and commercial aspects of our PPE products and services.

Functieomschrijving

A brief overview of your responsibilities of this exciting job, is the following:

  • Reporting to the Sales Director and Area Manager, you are our commercial asset in your sector.
  • After a training and an integration course, your objective is to:
    o Develop your customer portfolio through prospecting and developing customer loyalty;
    o Analyse needs and propose one or more suitable solutions;
    o Negotiate in accordance with our sales policy;
    o Follow up on your actions (quotation reminders, visit reports, information feedback).

profiel kandidaat

The profile of the candidate ideally listens to the following description:

  • Diploma of Higher Education or Higher National Diploma (minimum).
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B distribution will be undeniable assets.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language (English, French ) appreciated.
  • Interest and knowledge of technical products, their use, standards…is absolutely essential.
  • Your work methodically and autonomously.
  • You possess good listening skills, sales skills and customer relations skills.
  • You are available for weekly travels throughout the North Germany territory.
  • You are a real hands-on person, you are results-oriented and your dynamic mentality makes you a
    reference for our customers.
  • In an enthusiastic and natural way, you create numerous contacts in the assigned area and you animate
    your relations leading to the development of your sales in both quality and volume.
